Terms of Service

1. Who we are

ZEVEN is a floral studio operated by AVA ZEVEN LLC. You can reach us at support@zevenbloom.com.

These terms apply together with our Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy.

2. Your account

You may register with an email address or a mobile number. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account, and the information you provide must be accurate. You can delete your account at any time from your account settings or by contacting us.

3. Orders and natural variation

Flowers are natural products. We build every bouquet from the day's harvest, so individual stems, colours and sizes may vary from photographs while matching the style, palette and value you ordered.

An order is accepted when we confirm it by email or message. We may decline or cancel an order, with a full refund, if flowers are unavailable or an address cannot be served.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery fees are shown before you confirm an order.

Wedding and event work is quoted individually and reserved with a deposit described in your proposal.

5. Delivery

We deliver within the time window you select. If nobody is available, we follow your safe-place note or return the flowers to the studio and contact you to arrange redelivery, which may carry a fee.

Please make sure the delivery address and recipient details are correct; we are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information.

6. Freshness promise, cancellations and refunds

If your flowers do not look their best within seven days of delivery when cared for as described on the care card, send us a photo and we will replace or refund them.

You may change or cancel a bouquet order free of charge up to 24 hours before delivery. Subscriptions can be paused, skipped or cancelled up to 48 hours before the next delivery. Event deposits are refundable as set out in your proposal.

7. Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically at the cadence you choose until you cancel. We will remind you before any price change and you may cancel before it takes effect.

8. Content and intellectual property

The ZEVEN name, emblem, photography credits and site content belong to AVA ZEVEN LLC or its licensors. You may not reuse them without permission, except to share links to our pages.

9. Liability

We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms. We are not responsible for allergic reactions where ingredients were disclosed on request, or for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time; the date above shows the latest version. Material changes will be notified to account holders by email.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which AVA ZEVEN LLC is registered, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections where you live.
