Subscription questions
Can I skip a week while I'm away?
Yes — skip or pause from your account up to 48 hours before a delivery. There are no fees.
Can I send a subscription as a gift?
Yes. Choose a 3, 6 or 12-delivery gift plan and we'll send a card to the recipient with the first bouquet.
What if I don't like a delivery?
Tell us within 48 hours with a photo. We'll note your preferences and credit your next delivery.
Do you deliver to offices?
Yes, with invoicing and larger formats for receptions. Contact the studio for a tailored office plan.
