This policy sets out what is and isn't allowed when using zevenbloom.com, ZEVEN accounts and our messaging features, including card messages and contact forms.
1. Use the service lawfully and kindly
Use ZEVEN only for lawful purposes and in a way that respects recipients, our florists and delivery partners.
2. Card messages and deliveries
Do not ask us to deliver messages that harass, threaten, impersonate someone or contain hateful or explicit content. We may decline to write or deliver such messages and cancel the order with a refund.
Do not use deliveries to send unwanted items to people who have asked not to be contacted.
3. Accounts and security
Do not share your account, attempt to access other people's accounts, or probe, scan or disrupt our systems.
Do not use automated tools to create accounts, submit forms or scrape the site.
4. Messaging and marketing
Only provide contact details that belong to you or that you are authorised to use. Do not submit other people's details to our newsletter or SMS lists.
5. Content you share
Photos or files you send us must be yours to share and must not infringe anyone else's rights.
6. Enforcement
If this policy is breached we may refuse orders, suspend or close accounts, and where appropriate report matters to the relevant authorities. To report misuse, email support@zevenbloom.com.
